Giving back to the tech community has always been a passion of mine. When I founded Thrive in Tech (TiT) in 2020, it started as a small, self-funded initiative focused on mentorship and career guidance for aspiring and early-career tech professionals.

Today, it has evolved into a thriving community powered by a committed team and the generous support of corporate sponsors. Together, we are helping more people break into tech, grow their skills, and embrace the spirit of inclusivity and innovation that defines our industry.
