Olufemi Ayilara

A Principal Technical Architect and Digital Transformation Leader with nearly two decades of experience delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions across public sector, healthcare, and telecommunications.

He specialises in bridging executive vision with technical execution through scalable architecture, cloud modernisation, digital transformation, and security-by-design frameworks.

Currently leading technical strategy within the Department for Education UK, Olufemi is also the Founder and Convener of Thrive-In-Tech, a platform dedicated to mentoring and empowering the next generation of technology professionals. He is known for shaping high-impact platforms, mentoring high-performing teams, and influencing senior stakeholders to deliver measurable organisational outcomes.
